We offer Yoga Therapy sessions for individuals.

The word “yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit root “yuj” which means to yoke, unite, or join. Yoga is a holistic practice that helps to harmonize (or unite) the body, mind, and soul and improve overall well-being. This practice often includes physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. Yoga can be practiced individually or in groups.
