My Journey

I grew up in Hungary, Europe and migrated to the United States in 2009 to marry my ex-husband. I was always an energetic person, passionate about movement and music (teaching group fitness and dance classes for 20+ years) but migration and divorce led me to my spiritual path, to truly get to know myself and my purpose - and I never stopped ever since. My dance background guided me to yoga and healing. I am very passionate about health, wellness (I am a certified health coach) and self-exploration, to be able to peel off layers, to become our true selves. Currently, I am enrolled in a Yoga Therapy Training Program as well as completing my master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also have an MBA and work in business as I like a balance between left and right brain.

I am a very creative, playful and diverse person who loves to help others and provide space for them to connect deeply to their true selves through self-discovery, opening energy centers (chakras), meditation, breathwork, oracle cards, music, and many other forms of physical, mental and spiritual harmonization methods to bring balance into their life.

My Heart-centered Approach

I love to help people and guide them through self-discovery, opening up stuck energy centers to unblock the flow and become more of themselves. I believe that if we become who we are meant to be and heal ourselves, deepening our knowledge of ourselves and what our purpose is, we make the world a better place - by serving others, we serve ourselves and by serving ourselves, we serve others.

As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul...
