My Journey

My path is one that has been non-traditional with challenges along the way. It took me time to discover myself and the work I was meant to do as a therapist. From a young age, I experienced losses and emotional hardships that opened my eyes to seeing the world from a deep perspective with a sensitive heart. Over the years, I started to embrace the sensitive side of myself and learned how to trust my intuition. My personal growth and healing led me full circle to the professional path of therapeutic and holistic healing.

Through my own healing and connection to the health and wellness field, I have come to see the importance of helping others understand the root causes of emotional and behavioral patterns, as well as health concerns. It is my belief that to truly heal, we must look within to the deepest parts of ourselves. In my work with clients, I use a holistic and wellness approach that focuses on all aspects of a person’s life; some of which includes emotions, health habits, self-care, trauma experiences, relationships, and spiritual practices.

I bring a unique mindset to psychotherapy that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit connection. In therapy, I enjoy using intentional mindfulness practices, meditation, breathwork, somatic-focused techniques, energy work, and creativity to promote deep inner healing that helps clients feel whole and at peace.

My Heart-centered Approach

My heart is at the center of the work I do. Connecting empathically with others is part of who I am as a person. Every person has a story to be shared, and one that matters. My goal is to always create a safe and compassionate space for every client to share their story so they feel heard and understood in their hearts.
