My Journey

From an early age, I was captivated by a profound desire to understand the intricacies of human nature—pondering questions about conflict, connection, and personal growth. My quest to comprehend why people fight, what binds them together, and how one can thrive led me toward a path of deep self-exploration. This exploration was not just about surviving but flourishing and becoming my most expansive self, fully engaged with the complexities of life.

My journey as a classical musician over the last three decades significantly shaped my insights into human relationships and psychology. The performing arts taught me the crucial importance of attunement and resonance—concepts that became central to my core philosophy. In music, harmoniously listening and syncing with others is essential to achieving a state of flow. I discovered that these principles apply just as powerfully in therapy.

As a therapist, my mission is to be fully attuned to my clients, creating a resonant therapeutic relationship where trauma can be safely explored and processed. This attunement allows my clients to navigate and overcome the barriers that have restrained their progress, fostering an environment where healing and personal transformation can occur.

My Heart-centered Approach

In my therapy sessions, I strive to cultivate a flow state of open-hearted communication with my clients. This environment fosters a profound level of connection and understanding. I employ techniques such as Brainspotting, which assists clients in processing traumas and tapping into a sense of expansiveness that lies beyond these experiences. Additionally, I utilize parts work to help clients identify and release burdens that restrict their emotional freedom. This approach not only facilitates a deeper exploration of self but also promotes a holistic healing process, enabling clients to feel more open, connected, and liberated.
